Would use of this mod be allowed?

Note: You can always use my mods in a private mod pack that isn't published.

You may use my mod in a published mod pack, without even asking me, as long as you follow these restrictions:

You must provide a link to this post on your modpack download page (so people can read the FAQs and such).
You don't use adf.ly or other moneymakers with my packs. I'm fine with others repackaging my mods, but I'm not fine with others profiting from my work.
Don't provide a direct link to my mod download, even if it's to my adfly. (it's ok to put the mod directly in your pack download). I say this because then users won't know where to look for the FAQs except by googling the mod name.
